Refund & Cancellation Terms
Wine Dinner Events
Please note that due to planning constraints we will be unable to refund any tickets in the event of a cancellation by yourself. We do however understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may be unable to attend.
We are pleased to offer you a dining voucher of the same value as the tickets purchased.
For cancellations less than 48h prior to the event we are unable to offer any refunds.
Dining vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

As we work with fresh ingredients which are subject to availability, we’d require your preferred menu
choice at least 8 days before the event.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government charges.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable 2 months prior to the event via PayNow: UEN 200912414R.
Kindly use your name as reference and email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The minimum spend for events includes the consumption of food and beverages on the day of the event only.
Any balance between minimum spend and F&B consumption is regarded as venue booking fee and not refundable.
