Tempos Vega Sicilia Wine Dinner

Join us at Latteria for a special Tempos Vega Sicilia Wine Dinner, presented in collaboration with Monopole. For one evening only, we bring together the generosity of Italian cuisine and a distinguished selection of iconic wines from Spain’s legendary house, Tempos Vega Sicilia.

 

The pairing menu has been carefully crafted by our Executive Chef Erik Trozza and team while Peter Stilli will host the evening together with Certified Sommelier, Lee Wing Yin, who will guide guests through the wines and pairings. What makes this evening truly special is the opportunity to discover how different regions shape the character of wine.

 

Over the course of the dinner, guests will journey from the freshness and elegance of Oremus Mandolás from Tokaj, to the refined complexity of Macán from Rioja, and finally to the deeper, more powerful reds of Alión and Pintia, from Ribera del Duero to Toro.
